Aruba's year-round good weather and its location
outside the hurricane belt, makes it perfect to visit anytime during the year.
Aruba is an island of merely 70 square miles and about 100,000 inhabitants. The contrasts
in landscapes are unusually large for such a small island. On one side, you'll find miles of
pristine white beaches, and calm turquoise waters, while on the other end you'll stumble upon the
rocky and dry coastline, with its wildly splashing waters.
As Aruba is small, it makes it very easy to get around. The bus system is perfectly organized
and easy to use. The bus rides very frequently between downtown Oranjestad and the hotel area, and
a roundtrip is really inexpensive. A bus stop is located right in front of the Amsterdam Manor
Beach Resort for your convenience.
If you'd like to explore the island, you can either choose to rent
your own car or jeep, or book one of the many organized
excursions. Both can be arranged right at our
own activities desk.
