Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort has been rated # 1 top hotel in Aruba according to Freeman Group and their quality inspections. Service performance is measured through an anonymous process against the specific standards of the property/properties. Over time, the data is bundled to show service trends, both good and bad, and to compare performance against the agreed upon standards, past results, competition, and industry norms. Each year the Freeman Group is engaged by AHATA Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association to conduct quality surveys whereby quality control inspectors experience the resorts as guests. The inspectors do not identify themselves; therefore the inspection is valued as representing a genuine guest perspective from the time they make the reservation until check out and everything in between. The entire Amsterdam Manor staff is extremely excited about the fact that their hard work and dedication has paid off again, especially after ongoing training programs based on the renowned Freeman standards.
