Just got back from staying at the Amsterdam Manor. There were 12 of us all together. Everyone involved with the Resort was so friendly, helpful & made our stay very enjoyable. Eagle Beach is just a few steps away & the best beach in Aruba. Can't wait for next year to go back to the Amsterdam Manor.

Came back from Aruba,and can't stop talking about the Amsterdam Manor and the island.Everyone in our party had a wonderful time and the ages were 16 to 66.Loved the low rise beach area,went to the high rise area once during the week we were there, all we wanted ti do was go back to the Amsterdam Manor.Every staff member was great.Special thanks to the Passions beach bar staff Lucy,Cecelia and all the rest of the staff.We will be going back next year.

We zijn net terug van een fantastisch verblijf in dit hotel.
De kamers zijn top, de mensen aardig, het eten heerlijk. Kortom je wordt hier helemaal in de watten gelegd en we hebben genoten van onze vakantie. We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Wij hebben van 31 mei t/m 6 juni een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad bij Amsterdam Manor. Een vriendelijk ontvangst en ook de dagen daarna waren de mensen heel toegankelijk en vriendelijk.
Dit tot in tegenstelling van Curacao waar wij hierna nog 9 dagen zijn geweest in Lion`s Dive resort.
Wij hadden een Studio`tje bij Amsterdam Manor en dat zag er prima verzorgt en schoon uit. Het spierwitte strand aan de overkant van de weg was echt fantastisch en relaxed met gezellige strandbar Passion erbij.
Het is zeker een aanrader voor mensen die graag eens een verblijf mee willen maken op Aruba. Zelf zouden wij graag nog een keer terug willen naar dit zeer verzorgde appartementen complex het is hier echt fantastisch. Beoordeling zeker een dikke 9.

Having been to the Amsterdam Manor in both 2006 and 2007, we had a fair idea that we were in for a treat on our latest trip. But this was way better than we ever dreamed of....

There has been a substantial programme of improvements to the rooms, the swimming pool area and most impressively across the road at the Beach Bar, all of which make the resort immmediately more attractive to the eye.

Best of all.....the staff are still the most friendly and helpful we have ever encountered at any resort or any island in the Caribbean (and we've been to about 15 different places over the years). And its not just the staff at reception - it is everyone from the cleaners, bartenders, waiters/waitresses, maintenance crew and the guys who take care of the beach area.

If we have one gripe....it is a small one...and that is the lack of a specific vegetarian option at Passion's Restuarant other than that which is also on the menu at Mango's. Having sampled both the omelette and the pasta dishes at Mango's (both incidentally were hugely enjoyable), we would have looked to be able to enjoy something different and 'more special' at Passions that would have matched the ambience of what must be one of the world's most romantic and stunning restaurants in terms of location. But as I say, it is a minor gripe.....and it certainly will not stop us looking to come back for a fourth stay as soon as we can.

We are extremely pleased to stay here, many years we stayed at LaCabana and eventually we choose Amsterdam Manor because LaCabana became so restricted with the split of the facility. We felt that we were just a number but NOT at Amsterdam Manor. We feel at home because of the wonderful atmosphere of the employees and the returnees that we have met over the years.

Now, we would like to compliment some individuals who make us feel so welcome with hugs and kisses when we arrived. Janine Croes has been wonderful to us, assisting us with every request and always with a smile. I requested could she set up our choices for dinners, in which she did and even recommended a new restaurant to visit this year. She did all of this via email and within a half hour I had confirmed reservations. The second smiling face is Sasha at the front desk also. She is so sweet and accommodating to us. Michele, Lucy, Marlene and Vincent gave us exceptional service, too! And Joe, the intern at Passions, was fantastic and poured the wine perfectly.

Thank you for your wonderful service and scrumptuous food at passion's restaurant. The food was to die for, 2 tumbs up!!
Our waiter Lorenzo was the best he made us night, he recommended us to eat the "steak au poive" Mmmmmmm the best we had in our live, we must have him back as our waiter when we come back in december!!

We spent 1 week as first time visitors to Aruba and, really liked staying here. It was very clean, with a friendly staff and, wonderful location with the bus stop right in front of the hotel and, the beach just a couple of steps across the road. The beach here was very spacious and, quiet, relaxing with beautiful ocean and, beach. Our only complaint were the constant flies in the Mango Restaurant no matter when we dined there, even though the restaurant was spottlessly clean. It was hard to sit and, relax and, enjoy eating while swating flies off of our food, plate, table and, ourselves. We would stay here again BUT---not eat any meal at Mango Restaurant on the property here. The hotel isn't far at all from many restaurants in the High Rise Hotel Area 5-10 mins. away by bus or cab.

We zijn net terug van een 2e bezoek aan deze geweldige accomodatie.
Het leek wel thuis komen!
De service is geweldig en alle medewerkers zijn ontzettend aardig.

Het eten was weer formidabel!!!
We komen zeker weer terug!

I spent two weeks (20 JAN 2010 – 3 FEB 2010), with a companion, at the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort on their All-Inclusive plan and was completely satisfied with the ambience, food, and service, and was particularly impressed with the friendliness of all of the personnel, ranging from the Manager down to the women who made up our rooms. The extensive menu and high quality of the food served at their Mango Restaurant near the pool was exceptional, far better than any all-inclusive fare I have had at resorts anywhere near the Caribbean. The simple, light fare, as well as the service, at the Passions Restaurant on the beach, where we had lunch every day, was also very good. The resort (located at Eagle Beach) is a great place to enjoy the Sun, while being kept cool by the trade winds. They never seemed to let up during our stay. It is a great place for a couple to relax, as well as a comfortable and friendly place for an extended family’s holiday. The families with infants, as well as those with children in their teens, appeared to be having a great time while we were there. It is quiet at night and the frequent bus service at its “front door” also makes this resort very convenient for anyone who wishes to do a lot of shopping or to explore the island. I am looking forward to returning.
