Many of our miniatures are about one-third the size, which allows us to focus on balance, presentation, and visual appeal. • Barica Geel – A bold blend of local rum, mango, passionfruit juice, and our house-made Passions liqueur. Garnished with fresh mint and served in a rounded glass for a luxurious tropical touch.

For example, the Barica Geel was developed in partnership with local suppliers using a passionfruit liqueur created specifically for Passions on the Beach.
