Beach Server / Beach Attendant

About the Role:

As a Beach Server at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to guests relaxing by the beach. Your responsibilities include not only ensuring the beach area remains clean and organized but also serving food and beverages directly to guests, ensuring they have everything they need for a relaxing day at the beach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages directly to guests lounging on the beach.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the beach, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Provide exceptional service, addressing guests' needs with promptness and professionalism.
• Assist in setting up beach equipment, such as chairs and umbrellas, to enhance guest comfort.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Vocational School Degree or equivalent.
• Hospitality training is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
