F&B Runner (Server Assistant)

About the Role:
As an F&B Runner at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service in our restaurants. Working closely with waiters and bartenders, your duties will include bringing food orders to the table, assisting with guest feedback, and helping set up and break down tables. Your support will help deliver an exceptional dining experience at Passions on the Beach or Horizons Lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist waitstaff in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Take feedback from guests to ensure satisfaction and communicate with the service team.
• Help set up and break down tables, ensuring everything is ready for the next service.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing tables and organizing service stations.
• Support bartenders and waitstaff as needed to ensure timely and efficient service.

Requirements:

• High School or EPB Diploma.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
