Part-time Beach Attendant (MVC Eagle Beach)
About the Role:
As a Part-time Beach Attendant at MVC Eagle Resort, you will help create a positive and memorable experience for our guests by maintaining a clean and organized beach area. You will be responsible for ensuring guest comfort, assisting with any requests, and promoting safety on the beach. Your role will be essential in delivering excellent customer service and helping to maintain the high standards of the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the beach, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the beach by regularly checking and cleaning the area.
- Assist guests with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, ensuring their needs are met.
- Promote safety by keeping an eye on the beach and reporting any potential hazards or issues.
- Help guests with water sports equipment and other beach-related activities.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of beach equipment, ensuring the area is ready for guests each day.
Requirements:
- Vocational School Degree.
- Hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
