  • A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Additional nights can be booked at the best available rate.

  • Offer is valid only for new bookings made directly with the resort.

  • Subject to availability at time of booking.

  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

  • Pricing is based on double occupancy; additional guest charges may apply.

  • Volunteer excursion days and times are subject to change due to weather or local scheduling.

  • The 10% future stay discount is valid for one year from the checkout date and is non-transferable.

  • VTO Out-of-Office letter and sweepstakes entry details will be provided via confirmation email.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival are free of charge.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a penalty equal to the cost of a two-night stay.
