When you fill in our Advanced Check-In form, it allows us to make your arrival on property as efficient as possible. Not only due to Covid regulations, but also to offer you the vacation experience that you deserve. Having all your information in advance helps us to prepare all your documents so when you arrive, it is only your credit card information and your signature that we need. While we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 4:00 p.m., having your airline and flight details helps us in making sure waiting time to go to your room is minimized.
