About the Role:
The Data Analyst transforms operational, commercial, and guest-related data into clear insights that support informed decision-making across AMBR. This role analyzes performance trends, develops reports and dashboards, supports forecasting and revenue optimization, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, guest experience, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, validate, and analyze data from resort operations to support accurate reporting and decision-making
Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI overviews for Senior Management and department leaders
Track key performance indicators, including ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR, and flag meaningful trends and opportunities
Analyze F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest feedback data to support service and profitability decisions
Use AI-assisted tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and automation, and evaluate outputs for accuracy before use

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, revenue analysis, or a comparable role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data visualization platforms
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
Hospitality experience preferred; Dutch, Papiamento, and/or Spanish are a plus
