About the Role:
The Restaurant Manager combines operational excellence, people development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance across two outlets. You lead by example, coach your team, and resolve service challenges as they happen so every meal feels effortless for the guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations across both outlets
- Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant supervisors and service teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve service challenges
- Monitor financial performance and identify revenue opportunities
- Support promotions, special events, and guest engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sustainability, and operational standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent hospitality qualification
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant or hotel management experience
- Proven leadership experience within a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Computer savvy with Microsoft Office and hospitality systems
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Dutch and/or Papiamento are an advantage)
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
