Events, Sales & Marketing Coordinator
About the Role:
Join Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort & MVC Eagle Beach as our Events, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, where you'll be the dynamic force behind unforgettable experiences at Aruba's most iconic beachfront venues. In this multifaceted role, you'll blend creativity with execution, turning event visions into reality while amplifying our brand through innovative marketing. Your energy and organizational skills will shine as you coordinate between teams, clients, and partners to create seamless, memorable moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and coordinate events at our stunning beachside venues: Passions on the Beach and Horizons Lounge
- Collaborate closely with F&B, wedding planners, and DMCs to ensure smooth and memorable events
- Support daily marketing activities: website updates, reputation management and social media
- Coordinate PR efforts in partnership with our external PR agency, including handling influencer visits and media requests
- Keep internal and external communication seamless and efficient
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or marketing
- Strong communicator in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, online & offline marketing
- Bonus points for experience with F&B, Canva, Photoshop, or influencer relations
- Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a dynamic team
