Food & Beverage Manager

About the Role:
The Food and Beverage Manager owns the performance of every outlet, from restaurants and bars to banquets and events. You drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, financial results, and team development while making sure each outlet reflects the personalized service that defines Amsterdam Manor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all restaurant, bar, banquet, and event operations
• Develop and coach department leaders and Food and Beverage teams
• Drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, inventory, and labor costs
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on promotions and special events
• Champion food safety, sustainability, and service quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of Food and Beverage management experience, preferably within a hotel or luxury resort
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-outlet operations
• Strong financial, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
• Proficient in hospitality technology, including Microsoft Office, POS systems (ALOHA or equivalent), inventory systems (Yellow Dog), and reporting tools
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Dutch and/or Papiamento are an advantage)
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
