About the Role:
The Chef de Partie is responsible for planning and executing menu items within their assigned kitchen section. Working closely with the kitchen team, this role ensures smooth daily operations, proper stock management, and adherence to culinary standards set by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team
- Manage assigned kitchen section and maintain consistent food quality
- Ensure availability of ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Place orders in a timely manner and monitor stock levels
- Follow direction and standards set by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Requirements:
- EPI Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism (Culinary Arts)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
