About the Role:
The Cook 2 supports kitchen operations by preparing and cooking menu items across all meal periods. This role follows established recipes and standards while contributing to an efficient, safe, and well-organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Execute recipes accurately and consistently
• Support daily kitchen operations as required
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and temperature standards
• Follow HACCP guidelines and kitchen procedures

Requirements:

• EPI Hospitality Diploma (Certified Cook)
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, temperatures, and HACCP
• Willingness to work flexible hours
