Hostess

About the Role:
The Hostess is the first point of contact at Passions on the Beach. This role manages greetings, reservations, and seating coordination, and supports the team in maintaining a smooth guest experience throughout service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating flow
• Communicate clearly with the service team to support smooth operations
• Support guests with questions, requests, and special occasions
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming front-of-house area

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the hospitality sector
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Ability to carry more than 2 plates at the same time
• Flexible with working hours
• Experience with the ALOHA POS system
• Professional, flexible, and calm under pressure
