About the Role:
The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily reservations operations and supporting front desk activities. This role works closely with the Hospitality Manager to maintain service standards, implement procedures, and ensure guest requests and concerns are handled accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily reservations operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service quality
- Support front desk coverage and assist the Hospitality Manager with operational duties
- Handle travel information, itineraries, pricing inquiries, and reservation confirmations
- Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and solutions-focused manner
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of procedures and service standards
Requirements:
- EPI Hospitality School Diploma or equivalent
- Guest service trade certification preferred
- Two to five years of experience as a Front Desk Supervisor
- Strong customer service and people management skills
- Fluent in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish
- Computer literate
