HR Intern

About the Role:
The HR Intern assists with daily HR administration, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, reporting, and HR data management. You gain practical knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment documentation, and the full employee lifecycle. If you are passionate about people, organization, and creating a positive employee experience, this internship is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR administration and employee file management
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Help maintain HR procedures and employment documentation
  • Contribute to employee engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Assist with HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce data analysis
  • Support performance management and training administration
  • Work with HR technology and digital systems

Requirements:

  • MBO or HBO education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and employee development
  • Computer and technology savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch, Spanish, and/or Papiamento are an advantage)
  • Interest in HR systems, reporting, data analysis, and digital HR tools
