Room Attendant (Temporary)

About the Role:
The Temporary Room Attendant maintains guest rooms to Amsterdam Manor's high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working as part of a team, and have an eye for detail, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards
• Replace amenities and replenish supplies
• Report maintenance issues and lost and found items
• Handle guest requests professionally
• Support sustainability initiatives, including towel reuse and water conservation
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Requirements:

• High school (EPB) diploma preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules
