Night Cleaner

About the Role:
The Night Cleaner supports kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards during overnight hours. This role is essential to food safety, efficiency, and a smooth transition between service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen during the graveyard shift
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
• Wash utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and temperature standards are followed
• Support kitchen operations by preparing a clean and organized workspace for the next shift

Requirements:

• EPB Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic understanding of English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and temperature standards
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
