Beach Attendant

About the Role:

The Beach Attendant supports day-to-day guest service and upkeep on Eagle Beach. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready beach environment and may assist with serving food and beverages to guests on the beach when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help guests get settled and respond quickly to requests and questions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the beach service area
• Support safe, smooth operations and report concerns promptly
• Assist with beach food and beverage service when needed

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the hospitality sector
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Ability to carry more than 2 plates at the same time
• Flexible with working hours
• Experience with the ALOHA POS system
• Professional, flexible, and calm under pressure
