Maintenance Technician

A Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within a hotel property. This role ensures that the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. By performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks across various areas, this role contributes to ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for guests and staff through efficient and effective maintenance services.

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within the hotel property.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and systems are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues across various areas of the hotel.
• Maintain a comfortable and inviting environment for guests and staff through efficient service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Must speak and understand English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Proactive and able to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
