F&B Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
The F&B Administrative Assistant supports the Food & Beverage Manager and team with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination. This role helps keep the department organized, assists with tip distribution records, handles documentation, and provides basic operational support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the F&B Manager with daily scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records including tip distribution, documentation, and filing
  • Coordinate communication between the F&B team and other departments
  • Provide operational support during busy periods as needed
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the F&B department

Requirements:

  • Minimum MBO diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably a background in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within hospitality or F&B
  • Basic knowledge of F&B operations is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using systems; able to support team members when needed
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently and within a team
