Sales & Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations and maximize revenue through data-driven strategies and innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative execution and has a strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present weekly and monthly performance reports, including ADR, RevPAR, revenue, occupancy, and forecasts

Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth

Stay current with market developments, competitor activity, and target audience insights

Manage content, campaigns, and promotions across OTAs, websites, and digital platforms using SEO and analytics tools
-
Oversee creative direction for branding, photo/video shoots, and marketing collateral
-
Manage all digital marketing efforts, including SEM, CRM, social media, and email marketing
-
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints and marketing initiatives
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, travel agents, and strategic partners
-
Represent the resort at trade shows, events, and on/off-island site inspections

Support internal sales efforts across resort departments

Drive F&B sales for beachfront restaurants and oversee event sales initiatives
-
Utilize key systems such as Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and PMS for effective marketing and revenue management
-
Manage OTA extranets, submit STR reports, and optimize performance through relevant revenue platforms

Attend and engage with clients at on-property guest events, such as weekly

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality/tourism sales and marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data, KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics

Advanced skills in analyzing ADR, RevPAR, occupancy trends, channel performance, and digital marketing ROI
-
Deep understanding of revenue management, digital strategy, SEO/SEM, and content performance
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Engines, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a marketing and sales team

Fluent in English, Dutch, and Spanish; German is a plus

Creative yet structured, able to balance storytelling with numbers

Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

Flexible in working hours as needed
