About the Role:
The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. This role sets up dish stations, operates dish cleaning machines, and handles the washing and sanitizing of dishes, pans, and utensils. You work at a steady pace under pressure while keeping a friendly, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up dish stations and start up dish cleaning machines at the beginning of service
Load and unload dishes from dish machines efficiently and safely
Wash all pans and utensils that come into contact with food
Scrape and clear food from dishes, pans, and equipment before washing
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards

Requirements:

EPB Diploma or equivalent preferred
Working understanding of English, Spanish, and Papiamento
Knowledge of food, hygiene, and temperature standards
Able to stay composed and friendly under pressure
Flexible working hours
Professional and polite
