Temporary Reservation Agent
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages, and availability
• Assist guests in selecting accommodations that best suit their needs and preferences
• Process, modify, and confirm reservations with attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, promotions, and policies
• Ensure all reservation details are correctly entered into the system and communicated to relevant departments
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth pre-arrival experience
• Handle reservation-related concerns or issues with professionalism and care
• Support revenue optimization by upselling room categories, packages, and add-ons when appropriate
• Follow and promote the resort’s environmental and sustainability policies
Requirements:
• EPI Hospitality Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Fluent in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish
• Basic computer skills
• Good knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service
