Turn-Down Service Attendant (Part-Time)

About the Role:
The Part-Time Turn-Down Service Attendant prepares rooms for the evening and keeps every detail aligned with Amsterdam Manor's standards of cleanliness and personalized hospitality. This role suits someone who enjoys attention to detail and takes pride in delivering thoughtful service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evening turn-down service in occupied guest rooms
• Refresh towels and amenities as required
• Ensure rooms are clean, welcoming, and guest-ready
• Report maintenance issues and guest requests
• Deliver personalized service while respecting guest privacy
• Support sustainability and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

• High school (EPB) diploma preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly, reliable, and professional
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to perform housekeeping duties
