Beach Waiter

About the Role:
The Beach Waiter supports beachfront food and beverage service at Passions on the Beach. This role focuses on attentive, efficient service, keeping the service area tidy, and supporting guest requests with a calm, professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests on the beach promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized service section throughout the shift
• Support guests with questions, requests, and menu information
• Coordinate with the team to keep service flowing smoothly
• Follow service standards and assist with closing and setup as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the hospitality sector
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Ability to carry more than 2 plates at the same time
• Flexible with working hours
• Experience with the ALOHA POS system
• Professional, flexible, and calm under pressure
