Events, Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort & MVC Eagle Beach – Aruba

Are you a detail-driven multitasker with a passion for hospitality, events, and creative marketing? We’re looking for a go-getter to join our Sales & Marketing team – organized, energetic, and ready to make things happen across two iconic properties on Eagle Beach.


What You’ll Do

Events Coordination

  • Sell and coordinate events at Passions on the Beach and Horizons Lounge
  • Prepare, file, and manage all event reports and contracts
  • Maintain and update the weekly event sheet for all departments
  • Support F&B and HR teams with internal event planning and coordination
  • Draft and submit a monthly events report
  • Manage cocktail party schedule, liaise with HODs, and ensure smooth communication

Public Relations & Influencer Management

  • Manage site inspection schedules, details, and host visits
  • Coordinate event-related PR and support general PR efforts
  • Host media visits, press trips, and influencer stays
  • Maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
  • Write and submit weekly blogs for all four brands; coordinate with BS/ZM for review

Certifications & Sponsorships

  • Handle all sponsorships, gift certificates, giveaways, and prize letters
  • Organize and file certificates properly and maintain accurate records in Excel

Social Media & Content Planning

  • Approve and schedule content for Horizons Lounge and Passions on the Beach
  • Plan and coordinate content creation (photo, video, design)
  • Assist with pre-production, logistics, and in-house content shoots
  • Request, manage, and track promotional materials
  • Maintain merchandise inventory for site inspections and VIPs

Review & Reputation Management

  • Monitor, respond, and manage reviews on platforms:
    Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, OpenTable, Google, The Knot, WeddingWire, and Cvent
  • Use centralized tools/templates to ensure consistent, timely replies
  • Enable real-time alerts and manage sentiment for negative reviews

In-House Marketing

  • Oversee and update lobby screen, outdoor signage, and restaurant displays
  • Request and collaborate on event materials with graphic designers
  • Maintain content updates across all platforms, including APU and blog posts

Internal Communication & Meetings

  • Attend ATA’s concierge meetings regularly to align on guest experience and offerings
  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments for upcoming events and marketing needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Comfortable with online tools and platforms (social media, blogging, review sites)
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or influencer relations is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible – a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
